Reporting to the Regional Management Board (RMB) are seven working groups. Each group is chaired by a RMB Director, ensuring a practical link to the RMB exists.

The Schools Working Group is responsible for ensuring appropriate opportunity exists for Netball to flourish in educational establishments and to provide information to help assist teachers and players within the early stages of the sport.

The Competition and Events Working Group (CEWG) is responsible for organising and promoting all aspects of Regional Competition inclusive of Senior Regional Leagues (RL1, RL2), U16 Regional League and the U14 Regional Tournament to meet the needs of our County communities within Netball South West. 

The Education and Training (E&T) Working Group is responsible for promoting and facilitating good practice in all aspects of workforce development including the delivery of appropriate aspects of the England Netball Corporate Plan, to meet the needs of and develop the workforce within Netball South West (NSW).

The Media and Communications Working Group is responsible for raising the profile of Netball and promoting good understanding and appreciation of Netball South West (NSW) and its importance with members and stakeholders.

The Talent and Performance Working Group is responsible for ensuring appropriate opportunities are available for talented athletes to access adequate coaching, mentoring and playing opportunities.

The Finance and Management Working Group is responsible for managing the finances of the region and providing strategic guidance to all South West Counties.

This group comprises of County Netball Development Officers (NDO's), Regional Coordinator (RC) and Regional Manager (RM).  The key focus of the group is to support the development of Netball across the region.
