This group comprises of County Netball Development Officers (NDO's), Regional Coordinator (RC) and Regional Manager (RM).  The key focus of the group is to support the development of Netball across the region.

Main responsibilities:

• The NDO's are the key link between the region, counties and clubs
• The group meets quarterly
• The key priorities are:

New Games New Markets

Children and Young People

Heartbeat (coaching, umpiring and volunteer development)

Excel (limited support provided to Counties)

Providing support to coutnies/clubs, providing links to the Region and England Netball

Successes so far:

9 new CAPS clubs and 82 CAPS Annual Health check and Reaccreditation

12 new B award Umpires

30 B2N projects with 602 new players

300 new young volunteers

Successful NSW Regional Games Conference

635 Players in the Satellite and County Excel Pathway

3 NDO received National awards at the NDO conference
