The Finance and Management Working Group is responsible for managing the finances of the region and providing strategic guidance to all South West Counties.

Main Responsibilities:

• Income generation
• Ensure equity and ethics policies are integrated and implemented into all financial and business practices
• Look into the implications of the Regional Association employing staff
• To review County affiliations to the Region on an annual basis and submit findings to the Regional Management Board (RMB)
• Advise member Counties on constitutional and other national matters
• Deliver projects given to the group from the RMB
• Work closely with and consider implications of decisions for all Regional Working Groups
