How do I affiliate to England Netball and NSW?

What do I get for my affiliation to England Netball?

• Six issues per year of Netball Magazine - an informative and vibrant Netball and lifestyle journal, of interest to participants and non-Netballers alike.
• Civil Liability and Personal Accident insurance.
• Access to England Netball courses, awards and events.
• Entry to England Netball competitions - a player-centred, exciting, high-quality structure which identifies and nurtures talent, and where participants are encouraged to become the best they can be at their level.
• Discounts on Netball merchandise and test series tickets, as well as an increasing range of exclusive offers from England Netball partners.
• Information, advice and support direct from our County, Regional and National networks.
• Access to support from England Netball qualified Coaches and Umpires.
• The nominated Club representative receives a copy of the Association's Annual Report, and Handbook containing a comprehensive list of contacts, and general Netball guidance.
• Members are entitled to vote at General Meetings.
  

NEW FOR 2006/7 SEASON

England Netball are pleased to advise the following additional benefits and services for affiliated Clubs and Participants:

• For the 2006-07 affiliation year, England Netball has added to its insurance benefits, and will be offering a "Temporary Total Disablement" benefit to members. This provides a small payout to individuals who are off work for a period of time due to a netball injury.
• The England Netball website is also being extended to give members an interactive area where they can have their insurance queries answered, and where key volunteers can complete online training courses in managing risks, duty of care, etc.
• Each Club and School will receive a cd-rom of essential tools and resources for managing and developing their volunteers, players and other participants. Available from October 2006.
• Starting from the 2006-07 affiliation year, each affiliated individual will be entered into our draw for free test series tickets (5 sets of 2 tickets each per Region).
• England Netball has negotiated great discounts for its members for Ticketmaster events - concerts, festivals, sporting events, plays. Please log in to the England Netball Online Members Area to get access to the latest offers.

Club, County and Regional volunteers and administrators can also login to a special section to update and download details of their affiliated participants.

New Insurance Update

League Insurance: England Netball are now offering insurance to League committees, to cover the volunteers who are involved with the League, but who do not actively participate or affiliate. For a fee of £25 per 10 people, the League can pay to cover their committee for Liability and Personal Accident, and one nominated person will also receive the Netball Magazine. This cover is available only to Leagues where all teams within the League have affiliated.
