Official Netball Rules Book
The latest IFNA Netball Rules changes came into effect on 1 January 2012. The latest rule book has a green cover and is the 2011 Edition.

Rule books are distributed through individual counties, however they are also available to purchase from England Netball.
Non-members can purchase rule books from the England Netball Merchandise Shop.
Rule Changes (effective January 2012)
The 2011 Edition of the Official Netball Rules includes changes relating to extra time, visual clocks, stoppages (inc. blood) and a new hand signal. Please download the changes in full to familiarise yourself with them.
In summary, the changes are:
- Coaching is allowed during stoppages (implemented August 2010)
- Procedure for extra time has been amended
- Visual clock will not be stopped when 1 minute remains
- Stoppages: Injury or illness together with Blood policy and emergencies have been reformatted
- New umpire time signal
