With the launch of the New England Excel Pathway, each region is responsible for setting up a scouting programme to meet the needs of their individual County and Regional Programme.

NSW is currently recruiting a Lead Scout for each County, to work alongside the Regional Head Scout, Gilly Salter. In addition, there are opportunities for qualified Scouts to support the process for identifying talented athletes for the future.

Training opportunities include attendance at the newly revised Excel Scouting Workshop, a prerequisite of which includes attendance at the Excel Framework Workshop or Talent Identification and Selection Workshop.
