England Netball is inviting all qualified Level 2 coaches to join their tutor and assessor workforce to deliver the UKCC Level 1 & 2 qualifications and, as a result, is now in a position to offer courses that will support and provide you with a nationally recognised Tutor and/or Assessor transferrable qualification.

These courses are suited to someone who can demonstrate any of the following:

• Good presentation skills
• Confidence in and some experience of working with adult learners
• An interest in developing interactive tutoring/assessing skills
• Strong inter-personal skills
• Relevant netball coaching experience and knowledge, or specialist technical knowledge
• Commitment to England Netball to develop a quality coach education programme
• Willingness to help, support and develop others
• Enjoyment of the sport of Netball

• Workshop: UKCC Tutor
• Date: 23^rd & 24^th January and 6th February 2010
• Venue: Holiday Inn, Taunton, Somerset (located just off of J25, M5 so great accessibility)
• Times: 9:00am - 5:30pm, all three (3) days
• Cost: £300 per person

Interested but need Financial Assistance?

The Education and Training (E&T) Working Group has set aside a subsidy for up to 3 people to undertake this UKCC Tutor training, the subsidy would be reimbursed to these people once they had qualified and worked on 2 courses in the region. As well as this subsidy England Netball are also offering you the opportunity of attending this course Free of Charge. On completion of this course you will need to work on 2 UKCC Level 1 courses as a Tutor (totalling 4 days) to reimburse the £300 course cost. All of your travel expenses will still be paid during this time.
