Truro College has teamed up with Netball South West to become the title sponsor of the U14 Regional Tournaments.  The renamed ‘Truro College Netball South West U14 Regional Tournament' involves 17 teams from eight counties all competing for the opportunity to represent the South West at the National Finals.  Truro College has developed strong ties with netball in the region and are currently also supporting Cornwall Netball.

Truro College has shown great commitment to netball for many years. It hosts the NSW Talent and Performance Centre and County Academy, which have produced a host of talented players over many seasons.

Four players from the Talent and performance Centre will be attending national screening for U17s in April in Sheffield.

The college also runs a very strong Netball Academy, which has four squads competing in regional and local competitions. Truro College is one of only two colleges in the country, which runs the netball AASE programme (Advanced Apprenticeship on Sporting Excellence). This prestigious course helps to prepare athletes for a career in sport.
