The regional leagues are the highest level of competition available to clubs wishing to compete in the regional structure.

Netball South West runs two senior regional leagues, as well as an U16 regional league and U14 regional tournaments:

• Regional League 1
• Regional League 2
• University of Gloucestershire NSW U16 Regional League
• NSW U14 Tournaments

Above regional level there are three divisions in the National Premier League.
