What are the educational benefits of Netball?

• Netball develops multi-directional movement including jumping
• Netball teaches control of lower and upper limbs
• Netball is a sport that uses both right and left sides of the body
• Netball teaches hand-eye co-ordination
• Netball develops body control and balance

What should 11-18 year olds be playing in Secondary School?

Full seven (7) a side Netball.
