Reporting to the Regional Development Officer you will be responsible for:

• Work closely with the netball membership and partners in Plymouth to develop and deliver the plan for netball in the Plymouth Life Centre and surrounding area, within the context of the local development plan;
• Developing Back to Netball (B2N) and increasing adult participation;
• Developing netball for children and young people;
• Identifying development opportunities for coaches, officials and other volunteers and organising/signposting to suitable provision as appropriate;
• Working in partnership with the County Chairs and County Netball Associations to deliver and monitor the County plans.

As one of a team of Netball Development Officers in the South West region you will also contribute to the planning and organisation of regional events and help to share good practice both within your own county and across the region.
